You can generally expect your laundry to be cleaned and returned to you within 4 business days.

Express service is available with an additional charge of 50% of the value of your order.
Express service will be scheduled for delivered the next following day within 24 hours.

The estimated delivery timings will be shown when you scheduled your collection or delivery, the app allows several options catering to our customer’s needs.

Our Uniforms Team will check through all laundry items once they reach our plant before being processed for cleaning. You can also inform our Customer Service via the hotline or chat function to report any such incidents.

Your laundry items undergo a rigorous check process before and after cleaning at our plant, and any damages to your laundry items or discrepancies in your order are clarified with you over the phone at the earliest opportunity. If you have observed any damages when we have returned the laundry to you, you can either report them to our Delivery Ambassador to our Customer Service Officer through our hotline. All compensation guidelines are stipulated within our Terms and Conditions.

Our professional cleaners will see to their best knowledge to remove all stains on your clothing. Customer Service Officers will contact you should they discover any stains that cannot be cleaned before processing them through our plant. We will seek your advice before we send in for a wash, otherwise, we will return your laundry back to you.

We are working on Cash on Delivery as of current but moving cashless soon.

All credit card transaction fee is fully absorbed by Systematic Laundry.

We will send you a reminder notification on your delivery schedule. Should the delivery be unsuccessful, we will arrange with you for another delivery - an additional delivery charge of SGD $5 will then be levied.

There is no minimum order however we would require minimum spending of SGD $35 per order to entail the minimum order delivery.

As classifications may differ between some articles, there may be a need to adjust the category and/or pricing when we check through your laundry items. Our Customer Service Officers will contact you before processing your order or revising the invoice. Otherwise, you may also receive a notification on an Order Discrepancy for your follow up actions.
For any article in which the declared value exceeds S$250.00, there will be a different cleaning charge. In the event of loss or damage to the declared article, the maximum liability shall be 10 times the rate charged for cleaning the article. Refer to Systematic Compensation Terms and Conditions.

Value of each piece submitted shall be capped at no more than S$250. For undeclared items, a maximum of ten (10) times processing fee shall apply in any case of compensation. Articles that cost more than the stated value can be submitted through the system, with a note indicated and our Customer Service Officers will get in touch with you regarding the revised pricing.
